PEMBREY TRACDAYZ CARS INFORMATION.

  1. Bookings are only accepted using our online booking system.

  2. Please read all the relevant paperwork carefully, they are legal documents and contain important safety information.

  3. Please complete all the fields on the online booking form with all drivers details at the time of booking. (Driver details cannot be added later)

  4. Only one additional driver is permitted per booking.

  5. Passengers will only be permitted providing they have signed on as a driver or an additional driver.

  6. All participants must be 21 years or over and hold a full UK driving licence for the vehicle they are driving. (MSUK competition licence holders may participate at 18 years or over on production of their competition licence.

  7. Entry to the paddock will be from 7.30am on the morning of the event.

  8. Please park up sensibly and keep the paddock roadways clear.

  9. Sign-on with licence checks will commence at 8.30am in the paddock office.

  10. Safety briefing will commence at 9.00am, followed by two familiarisation sessions. Open pit lane thereafter.

  11. It is the responsability of the participant to ensure the vehicle is in a good mechanical condition and is fit for the purpose of whcih he intends to use the said vehicle.

  12. A suitable helmet and footwear must be worn, and arms and legs covered.

  13. There is NO Power hookups or garages available.

  14. Any vehicle used on the circuit must pass the driveby noise test (96DBA) Refunds cannot be offered should your vehicle fail.

  15. All participants must leave the premises by 6pm or one hour after the conclusion of the track day whichever is the earliest.

  16. BARC (Pembrey)Ltd do not offer refunds for cancellations.

  17. If BARC (Pembrey)Ltd is notified no later than 10 days prior to the event,BARC (Pembrey) Ltd will endeavor to reshedule your booking subject to availability. This
    must be within the calender year of which the booking was made.

  19. For the avoidance of doubt we do not offer refunds.
